Where is your product made?

All of our products are made in the USA. We partner with vendors all over the US to get our raw materials but each of our individual products is made in Weatherford, TX. Manufacturing is one of the backbones of the US economy and we're proud to be a small part of that industry! We pride ourselves on three specific things Customer Service, Quality Work, and Consistency.

How do I care for my Oxford Dog product?

Dog collars: We recommend hand washing and air drying our collars to increase the life span of your collar. We do not recommend salt water exposure for our hardware. Dog bandanas: All fabric bandanas are machine washable on gentle cold wash. To prevent shrinking we do recommend air drying your bandanas. Dog harnesses: We recommend hand washing and air drying our harnesses to increase the life span of your product. We do not recommend salt water exposure for our hardware. Dog leash: We recommend hand washing and air drying our leashes to increase the life span of your leash. We do not recommend salt water exposure for our hardware. Dog toys: We recommend hand washing and air drying our dog bones to increase the life span of your toy. What is your return, exchange, or cancellation policy?

We are proud to stand behind every product we sell. If you aren't fully satisfied with your order, we're here to help!

Returns are excepted within 30 days of arrival date. The shipping cost to return a product or order is paid by the purchaser. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Exchanges are FREE within the first 15 days you receive your order. Please message our team and we will be happy to provide a shipping label to you for you to send the item or order back to us. We will ship your new item or order once we receive yours in the mail.
Cancellations must be communicated to our team within 12 hours of your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

I’m not sure about sizing, please help me!

Collar Sizing Help

Measure where your dogs collar normally goes. If your pup is between sizes it's best to size down. Example: My dogs neck is measuring 18". Choose the 15" - 18" size collar because there will be a couple of inches it will adjust above 18".

Harness Sizing Help

A good place to start is with the weight of your pup. According to their weight you can also measure the neck of our pup and identify what size collar they would be wearing if you were to purchase a collar. Using the weight and the size of their neck you can then be confident in picking out a size harness for your pup.

Leash Sizing Help

Our most popular size leash is the 6' Leash in 1" width. It's based on your personal opinion how long you would like your pup to be leashed. For pups that are wearing XSmall or Small collars we would suggest a 3/4 width leashes. Due to the reduced weight of the 3/4 width leash it will prevent your pup from having to much weight on their necks.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

All of our products are made to order. We're proud to say that even though we hand-make everything we are able to ship orders within 5 business days after the order. Once your order is placed you will receive a shipping confirmation with your estimated arrival date. Once we make your order we will email you shipment notification with a tracking number for your order.
